Safety & Security
Make a note of the nearest emergency exits there are signs in the corridor and a floor plan hanging inside your door. In the unlikely event of a fire, you are advised to:
• Stay calm and do not panic
• Report the fire by phone
• Leave the hotel by the nearest emergency exit route
• Follow instructions from the staff
Every room is fitted with a smoke detector that will alert us in the event of smoke or fire.
We also have cameras located through the public interiors of the building. If you see something that doesn’t feel right, please do not hesitate to let us know.

We are committed to a smoke-free environment in all areas of Park Centraal. If guests smoke in their rooms or other public areas, there is a €250 cleaning fee per instance.

Park Centraal’s pillow menu offers microfibre pillows, neck pillows, goose feather pillows and extra soft pillows. All pillows are anti-allergic. Choose one or all, dial 9, and we’ll deliver them directly to your room.

Laundry
We provide a laundry service six days a week Drop off your clothes at the Front Desk before 09:00 and we will return them to your room cleaned and pressed after 18:00. For Saturday cleanings, there will be a 50% surcharge. Not applicable on Sundays
