The voltage is 220V. If you need an adapter, just ask our team.

Now to the important stuff. Please keep in mind that if you open a bottle, you will be charged for the entire bottle. So drink up!
CCHECK OUT
12:00 noon is our normal check-out time. Need a few extra hours to snooze or pack? Ask us about the possibility of a late check-out for 250 CZK per extra hour.

We’re serving delicious breakfast daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM on the ground floor of the hotel.

PPET POLICY
Pets are welcome at our hotels. If you want to stay with us and bring your four legged companion, we charge extra per room.
RROBERTS RADIO
Enjoy all the great, funky, soulful, heavy, breezy, cool and not-so-cool music you have on your phone or laptop by connecting wirelessly using Bluetooth. Anything goes from ABBA to Zeppelin.
SSAFE
Store your extra-precious items in your room ’ s personal safe. Just remember that we accept no liability for loss or damage of your precious items.
SAFETY FIRST
Locate the nearest emergency exits in the hallway
Note the nearest emergency exits by looking in the corridor and at the floor plan hanging on your door. In the unlikely event of fire, we advise you to:
Stay calm, don’t panic
Report the fire by phone
Leave the hotel via escape route
Follow the instructions of the staff
Every room in the hotel is equipped with smoke detectors to alert our team in case of fire or smoke.
Sir Prague also features 24h interior and exterior camera support to keep you safe. If something doesn’t feel right, dial front desk and let us know.

SMOKING
The hotel is 100% smoke-free. We don’t even let the legends smoke here and that’s saying something. But if you ’ re itching to light up, we have a designated smoking area outside that is all for you – just follow the signs or ask the front desk for directions. You’ll be fined a deep-cleaning fee if our smoke detectors detect smoke, so please don’t be that person. The fee is 5,000 CZK (200 EUR).
TTAP WATER
Tap water in Prague is super safe and has no chlorine taste whatsoever. Drink up!

TOWELS
Our housekeeping service will only replace towels left on the floor. Please take a moment to consider what can be reused. Every little bit helps.

To connect to our complimentary Wi-Fi, select the ‘Sir Prague’ wireless network on your device. Once connected, open your browser, and a login window will appear automatically. Sign in with your surname and room number to access the internet.
