MAKE THE PERFECT CHAI TRADITIONAL METHOD USING STOVETOP

Makes: 4-5 cups

You will need: 1 Saucepan (6 cups) 2½ cups of water 2 tsp of Masala Chai Base (8402CA) 3 tsp Irish Breakfast, black tea (1947CA) Sweetener of choice (sugar, honey, jaggery) 2½ cups of milk Prism Teapot (9449) Tea cups Directions: 1. Bring water, chai base and sweetener to a boil in saucepan.

2. Simmer for 5 minutes or until fragrant.

3. Add Irish Breakfast and brew for 2 minutes.

4. Add milk and bring back to boil on high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Carefully strain into your favourite teapot. Enjoy!

Tip: S ubstitute Irish Breakfast for tea of your choice.
