PRESSURE SPRING PINASCO It's a fact of life that a variator loses power. PINASCO's answer: The ball bearing variator spring - now available for a wider range of models. Their patented bearing increases variator efficiency through reduced friction. That means you'll get more power on your back wheel and the variator reacts better. The bearings won't have to be greased. We recommend a new fixing nut for the clutch and clutch bell. Don't forget the clutch holding tool!

MALOSSI TORSION CONTROL The technicians from MALOSSI have come up with a cute trick: The 'Torsion Control' - a simple but effective device. During acceleration, the belt pulley twists, the stiff metal on metal connection to vario springs warps the springs and creates unwanted force and vibrations. MALOSSI offers a simple and cost-effective solution to this problem that should not be missing in any variomatic. The 'Torsion Control' is a small plastic sleeve set on the lower end of the vario spring. The spring glides almost friction-free on the guide bushing to the belt pulley. MALOSSI is patenting this device.

PRESSURE SPRINGS MALOSSI The driven pulley springs produced by MALOSSI are constructed using a silicate-steel alloy. This guarantees high stiffness under extreme conditions and temperatures which is achieved with a high carbon content and an extensive tempering process, amongst other production techniques. In addition, their pressure springs are processed to be dynamically neutral and are prepared for all specific usages. The MALOSSI grease for the driven pulley has been specially designed for use at higher rpm. Available as either 'MRG Grease' or 'Racing Grease'
