ail art is one of those trends that’s here to stay, but that doesn’t mean anything and everything goes. Here are some simple tips on how to wear it best:
Don’t… go overboard with too many different colors or
ornately decorate every nail.
Instead, do try one, ornate accent nail on one or both
hands – ring finger, pinkie or pointer finger. Use a neutral base color with a brighter or contrasting color as an accent.
Don’t…
keep nails really long. Nails that are too long with lots of busy patterns can be distracting and overpowering. And, stay away from almond shape nails, which can end up looking clawlike.
Instead, do keep nails short or
mid-length in a round or square shape, or a more natural oval shape that mimics that of your cuticles.
