With shared grit for competing and a newfound opportunitytodiscover,RuthieMorales,KamanShi, Summer Chua, and Jaelyn Soliman of Secondary 4, the Top 11 Finalists for the HULT Future Leaders Challenge 2022, joined without major expectations. “When we got the first email informing us of being accepted in the Top 20, I think the biggest feeling that overwhelmed me was a relief. We spent a lot of time caught in an anxiety-driven bubble filled with the worries of being too young and unprepared,”explained Ruthie.

Runningabusinesswilloftenentailafewriffsinone’srhythm Accordingtothequartet,thebiggeststruggle intheirjourneywasrootedinalackoftimemanagement.Fromthere,itstemmedintoheavycrammingand unproductivenights.Toovercomethis,thegroupdelvedintotheirownefforts.Thussharingthecollective mindsetofrefusingtoputtowastetheamountoftimetheydedicatedtothecompetition InKaman’swords, “We’d come so far, and so we agreed, why should we stop now?”.
