Design phase: Conceptual to Design development

Our masterplan concept is aim to maximize the front yard which give visitors the breathtaking views from entrance to the mansion.Also, guests will be welcoming at the porch and left the vehicle at parking area which on left side of building.

The Architecture inpired by Neoclassical architecture which is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, Greek especially Doric or Roman detail, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls.As the building facing south ,double layers of facade applied to create shade for interior space and also create aesthetic facade volume which contain 3levels of hierarchies: main portico in middle surrounding by smaller porch with balconies and colonades.

The existed building form which has been designed base on floor plan layout created some false alignment, therefore, this issues can be solved by using color combinations to cover up or create illusions which turn imperfection into abstract arts.

Split-compliment color which major contrasting color are dark blue and dark red

This color theme will stand out the building from surrounding .

• Using existed system as much as possible

• Material selection based on availiabilty during Covid19 and standard trending of living.

Mood board concept aremostly balance between oak wood, white material such as marble or ceramic.
