Sincerely, GhettoBird Zine tells the story of 18 artists the way they wanted it to be told, whether it be through poems, shoutouts, or notes to their younger selves. Sincerely, GhettoBird Zine was envisioned by Star Angel (@deeply.rooted), photographed by Yen (@eyenzsi) and designed by Diana Fonte (@dianaafonte). In each photo, all artists are wearing various colors/sizes of bandana earrings, designed by Star Angel (@deeply.rooted), with various color bandana tapestries and bandana scrunchies also featured throughout the zine, designed by Graciela (@turayodesol) — which is all available at Sincerelyghettobird.com. Each artist featured in the zine includes hot spots to hit up if you're ever in their hood, from beauty spots, to markets to fire restaurants.This Zine captures each artist's true essence, it's more than just a zine or a lookbook. It’s a day in the life of kids from the hood who made it against all odds. This is for the homies, by the homies.
