Concept: Brand Proposal:

The idea is to creaye a community led space that offers a place for anyone and everyone. Incorporating community as a major influencing factor, we aim to connect people from every walk of life together, residents to tourists, by working with local NGOs. With a space encapsulating a restaurant , an exhibition space, and a co-working area, we wish to bring a blend as unique as the people of Verucchio mixing modernity with their beautiful history.

LaVedettahubspaceisaplacethatwelcomes everyone, the community, tourists, anyone that wants to experience italian food, share stories, gather for events, see and be a part of the exhibitions, enjoy a cappuccino play games, learn to cook,buyfromthemarket,or be in it. Concept:

The residential housing project in Herttoniemi, Helsinki, is a prestigious and luxurious development designed exclusively for high-end clients. This upscale project aims to provide an unparalleled living experience with sophisticateddesign,top-notchamenities,andaprimelocationinoneofHelsinki’s fastestgrowingneighborhoods.The residentialunitswithinthisproject are designed to offer spaciousness, privacy, and breathtaking views. The apartments boast generous floor plans with large living areas, high ceilings, and expansive windows that allow natural light to flood in. The interiors are meticulously designed with premium materials, luxury finishes, and attention to detail, ensuring a sophisticated and opulent atmosphere.

Sofia is a successful gallery owner known for her keen eye for art and design. She has a deep appreciation for bothtraditionalaestheticsandmodern innovations. Sofia’s art nouveau apartment in the charming neighborhood of Eira,Helsinki,reflectsheruniquesense of style. The apartment is a blend of classic architecture and contemporary elements, providing an elegant backdrop for her extensive art collection. The vision for this decoration project is to seamlessly fuse the timeless charmofartnouveauarchitecturewith sleek, modern furniture and accents. My goal in this project is to make balance between historical references and cutting-edge design and to create a space that not only complements client’s art collection but also offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for both daily living and entertaining.

In this group project we designed a small spiritual place, to be locatedanywhere (the location needs to be illustrated andexplained).This placewillnotexceed100squaremeters.Studentswillpickareligious orspiritualmovementtheyfeelclosetoandcomfortableenoughwithto beabletotranslatetheirneedsandritualsintoafullyfunctionallayout.

However, since the course is focused on lighting design, the main challenge of the project is to be able to communicate a higher sense of spirituality and a transcendent feeling through light. On the other hand, remember that rituals, rules and tradition matter and must be taken into consideration. The main task will be to “feel” the divine through materials means, such as light and materials. And finally and most importantly your pavilion will be designed with the conscious and knowledgeable use of light. You will use light as a “construction material”, meaning that it will be one of the design features of your project. Special attention on artificial lighting is required.
