This is a modern two-story villa with a sleek white exterior, woodenaccents,andspaciousbalconies.Thedesignfeaturesa rooftop pergola, landscaped gardens, and elegant outdoor lighting. A covered driveway accommodates a car and bike, while seating areas and greenery enhance the outdoor space. Set against an urban skyline, the residence combines contemporarystylewithcomfortandfunctionality.

2THE ELYSIAN TOWERS

Elysian Towers is a contemporary residential apartment complex located in Balianta, Bhubaneswar, thoughtfully designed over a 1.89acre site. The name “Elysian” is derived from the word “Elysium,” meaning a place or state of perfect happiness—reflecting the project’s vision to create a serene, elegant, and elevated living experience for its residents.

The design features a cluster of high-rise towers that skillfully blend form and function. With a modern facade composed of exposed brickwork, glass, and concrete, the towers stand out with their clean lines and rhythmic geometry. The extensive use of balconies and large glazed openings ensures optimal natural light, ventilation, and breathtaking views. At night, carefully designed lighting further enhances the architecture, creating a glowing and graceful presence.

Open green spaces, tree-lined avenues, and well-integrated landscaping soften the built environment, fostering a tranquil and community-friendly atmosphere. Elysian Towers embodies a balance of nature and modernity—designed to offer its residents not just a home, but a peaceful urban sanctuary.

AIM

Combining residential, retail, and office spaces, this development is envisioned as a vibrant mixed-use community where people can seamlessly live, work, and shop—all within the same integrated environment. It offers a dynamic lifestyle that blends convenience, connectivity, and comfort, creating a self-sustaining urban ecosystem under one roof.

CONCEPT

The design concept for this project is inspired by the principles of Walter Gropius,aiming to reconstruct early 20s mordernism with a touch of innovation. This is a trial of bringing back the liveliness buildings held while following his belief of buildings being user centric. With help of building automation and landscaping the user gets a wide range of ambience they want to experience.The building differentiates every block with other, the horizontal corridor resembles hanging bridges which complements its vertical alignment and emphasis. The concept revolves around some key elements like:
