If you go down to the beach today, at low tide with Rachel Lambert, you’re surely in for a surprise. Rachel is a selfconfessed seaweed lover and foodie. She’ll passionately introduce you to a range of edible seaweeds with vastly differing tastes, textures and uses. You’ll be navigating between the low, middle and upper shores to discover these superior sea ingredients, before heading back to Karma St. Martin’s hotel to taste their gourmet delights.

Join local artist, fireman, water technician, gig coxswain and allround islander, Chris Potterton to celebrate the colour and contrast of his Bryher home, with a route taking you to see – everything! This walk will include sites of historical and geological significance as well as a lunch stop at Hell Bay Hotel. Dogs welcome on leads.
