We are so excited to be attending, exhibiting and talking to as many of the visitors as possible. The worlds biggest business event, come and talk to us on our stand over the two days.

Put a phone on a tripod and film throughout the day.

You cannot beat a genuine reaction from a person who is blown away by what you offer.

Why not conduct an interview with people walking past, its a chance for them to tell you their story, what are their struggles and you can

offer some great advice. Make them a main part of your hero story, create a video that you can share with them in an email and celebrate them in your content.

Business Networking has been around for a very, very long time, one of the early and prominent business networking organisations in the United Kingdom is the Institute of Directors (IoD). Business Networking as we know it today comes in many different forms, most people have tried BNI or BoB or 4N, all slightly different, all with there own benefits as to why they should be the right club for you.

so, to summarise, our belief is that online networking should play a part in your approach to marketing but it should be a hybrid approach which includes in-person meetings. WHAT IS TRTP?

The Richards Trauma Process…..

The Richards Trauma Process was put together by Judith Richards. An Australian woman who has been through her own personal hell and sort to get back her life… TRTP is now being used by many counsellors and psychotherapists in Australia to help people recover from anxiety, depression, PTSD etc etc… in a few sessions.

How is this possible, you may well ask…? By unlocking the unconscious mind, setting the mind free from unconscious core beliefs which were often taken on as a small child…

One of my clients, an NHS Dr. now a GP, wrote: “I have PTSD and I have tried CBT, EMDR and TRTP and if I had to describe the difference between these three treatment modalities, I would say CBT targets the conscious mind. EMDR targets both the conscious and subconscious min somewhat effectively, while TRTP targets only the subconscious mind and does so effectively. Trauma in my experience is like a virus infecting a laptop, if it infects 1 or 2 programs, then all you need to do is uninstall those programs and then reinstall them and that is what CBT and EMDR do, but what happens if the virus infects the entire operating system? What if now your laptop works but glitches often, what do you do? You need to format the laptop and install a new operating system, and that is what TRTP does” Dr E. Why do I use TRTP in my counselling practice?

Because my ex-husband who was a Vietnamese Boat Refugee, had complex Post Traumatic Syndrome. He suffered from flashbacks, night mares, rage, controlling issues.. to name a few. I did not know how to help him. My children and I regrettably left the marital home for our safety.

Then I discovered TRTP and I have been able to help people get their joy back, to discover that there is a hope and a future where they can be themselves, and take up as much space as they choose. No longer feeling constricted or living in fear…
