Chocolate & mint yoghurt shake Serves 2 full portions (easy to prepare)

Luscious, smooth, cool, fresh and chocolate. That’s heaven in a glass!

Scoop the frozen yoghurt into a blender. Add the crème de menthe and splash of milk and whiz until thick and smooth. Add more milk if too thick and a bit of ice if too thin. Dust with chocolate shavings and garnish with mint. Each portion provides 2g protein and 170kcals.
