Electric Image - Historic London CGI/3D animation company brochure 1986

Introduction: Electric Image were one of the UK’s first computer graphic companies. Critically acclaimed by Disney amongst many others, they produced work for clients across Europe and the Middle East using Robert Abel based software as well as real time hardware.

The company was formed in 1983 and continued into the early 1990’s producing innovative and demanding work for a wide array of clients including the BBC, ITV and Channel Four and many and the London advertising agencies. Electric Image was one of the formative shareholders in the Framestore currently one of the most successful VFX houses in the world.

This brochure was produced in approximately 1986/87 and used extensively in marketing at that time.
