My current duties with ArcGIS include development and maintenance of datasets and map graphics for a variety of planning, active transportation projects; design maps and analysis models including collision heat map, level of traffic stress, and propensity model. Bellflower-Paramount Active Transportation Plan, KTUA, 2017 - 2018 I have editted, published and launched interactive web survey maps to collect location-based public input online for various projects. GIS WEB-BASED APPLICATION

Chicago Restaurant Health Inspection Prediction, UPenn, 2016 The spatial analysis course challenged us with predictive modeling using regression on the outcome of restaurant health inspect. In a group of two, we design an interface that shows the predicted prioritization for restaurant inspection. If zoomed in to a particular area, like Chinatown, the predicted outcomes are shown as faces indicating its level of predicted food safety.

Later, I developed this model into an online web map that is user interactive through JavaScript coding using JQuery, Leaflet and Undersore to realize geographic info display, pop-up, route calculation & map zoom.The following images are screenshots from https://silvia-fang.github.io/SmartFoodie-Chicago/.

GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE SITE ANALYSIS Philadelphia Water Department, 2016 XXXX WASHINGTON AVE

Site Conditions: The site is currently a private vacant land that is used as a parking lot with an industrial warehouse building. It is proposed to be developed into a mix of residential and commercial buildings. Its historic land use includes a mix of residential, commercial and industrial uses, and it is zoned as IRMX within the Center City Overlay District. Moderate elevation change directs the site’s runoff from the northwest to southeast, yet the site is proposed to be improved to have a high point in the middle, directing the runoff to the northwest and east edges.

Opportunity/Constraint: 1. There is opportunity for a subsurface storage system under the proposed parking lots to address the runoff from the mixed-use building and the adjacent five single family residential units. The area is clear of underground utilities, although it is partially covered by a roof above.

2. The footways at the east end of Washington Ave and the south end of S 25th St have high potential to manage 2501 WASHINGTO street runoff with tree trenches. Washington Ave has a bump-out at the intersection with S 25th St, overhead 40 utilities and a traffic sign in the footway are the constraints.

The footway on S 25th St is constrained by several Existing Condition 44 Program Type: Vacant Land lateral utility lines at mid-block.

It is like a raindrop onto a still leaf that will shake the leaf and even the branch. It is also like throwing a pebble into a pond that will ignite a series of powerful rippling effect. This rippling effect will profoundly change the future of JURONG NEXT, West Singapore, the whole country and Southeast Asia. The innermost ripples are those that shape decisions about the future of the Jurong district, which the studio envisions being developed into five distinctive neighborhoods:
