La Cap | Re-Hub Studio is a multipurpose venue located in the heart of Valdichiana, the lush countryside between Arezzo and Siena, Tuscany, Italy.
The studio, a 70 sqm space, is a beautifully renovated former pigsty within Podere La Capacciola, a historic farmhouse surrounded by 2 hectares of century-old olive groves.
Daniele inherited Podere la Capacciola from his father.
When he was a kid he used to ride his tricycle in the courtyard while fantasizing on what that place could have become.
At 35 years old, he transformed it into an agriturismo.
In 2024 La Cap was built: a multipurpose studio with dressing room and shower, benefiting from two equipped apartments, swimming pool and large common spaces provided by Agriturismo Podere la Capacciola.

The Studio measures 12 x 6.5 meters with a ceiling height ranging from 2.4 to 6 meters. It features a wooden floor and a professional dance floor, which can be removed upon request. La Cap is wheelchair accessible and offers solar-powered parking lots and a charging station for electric vehicles outdoors. .
La Cap is equipped with a dressing room, an anteroom with double sink, toilet with shower and direct access to the studio.
Upon request, the dressing room can accommodate two single beds, becoming an independent apartment with private toilet and direct access to the studio.

Road S.G.C. Siena - Bettolle
From Perugia: pass the junction with highway A1 and then follow direction as if coming from Florence or Rome.
By Train
La Cap lies 15 minutes walk from Sinalunga train station.
From there, connections to Siena and Arezzo (approximately 40/55 minutes) and for Chiusi (approximately 25/30 minute).
In Chiusi you can connect with the Rome line: Chiusi - Rome (1.5 hours)
