THE LUXURY OF CHOICE

Silversea Introduces New FareOptionsEffective September 11, 2025

Silversea is introducing a new fare structure for all new bookings made from September 11, 2025, under The Luxury of Choice program.

Choice and fexibility are at the heart of luxury travel, and we are introducing fare options that will enable you to tailor your clients’ travel to their personal preferences.

• Our new All - Inclusive Plus F are provides the most value and fexibility for your clients. This fare comes with:

o Refundable deposit

o Price guarantee

o For Oceangoing voyages this fare includes a Shore Excursion Credit that can only be used by your clients to purchase a wide range of Shore Excursions.

o All Expedition voyages are included under this fare . The Shore Excursion Credit will not show on Expedition cruises, and these voyages continue to include all landings and shore experiences as they do today. Charter fights or overnight hotels (if required by the Expedition itinerary) will also be included.

• Our new All - Inclusive Fare provides more afordability for your clients. This fare comes with:

o A non-refundable deposit

o Does not include price guarantee

o Does not include Shore Excursion credit

• Our Last - Minute Fare ofers your clients last-minute deals on voyages with less than 5 months to sail date. This fare comes with:

o Full payment required at the time of booking

o Non-refundable

o Does not include Shore Excursion Credit

Silversea’s standard cancelations schedules apply.

The new fares will continue to ofer our signature Silversea all-inclusive experience on board as they do today including:

• Butler-serviced suites

• Extraordinary dining at up to 14 restaurants

• Onboard entertainment and lectures

• And for Expedition cruises, all shore excursions are included

To provide additional value to your clients, you have the option to book your client’s air, hotel, and airport to pier and/or pier to hotel transfers through Silversea to create an overall package to suit their needs.

Effective September 11, 2025, Blacklane chauffeur service is no longer available for purchase via Silversea, but your clients can still use Blacklane by making their own arrangements. To contact Blacklane, please visit their website at https://www.blacklane.com/en/

TRAVEL PARTNER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

1) Why is Silversea making this change?

We continue to innovate the Silversea experience based on valuable feedback from our guests. Recognizing that choice and fexibility are now more important than ever, we are introducing new fare options that will provide your clients with fexibility and choice while retaining our signature allinclusive experience on board.

2) Do these new fares replace the current Door - to - Door , Port - to - Port and Essential Fares ?

Yes Effective September 11, 2025, Silversea will no longer offer Door-to-Door, Port-to-Port, or Essential fares. All existing Door-to-Door,Port-to-Port and Essentialfare bookingsmade prior to September11,2025,willremain unchanged.

Should your clients choose to switch to one of our new fares, they will need to cancel their existing booking, for which normal cancellation terms apply, and create a new booking We strongly suggest your clients retain their current reservations, knowing that all elements, such as Door-to-Door’s air, hotel, transfers, and Shore Excursions, and Port-to-Port’s Shore Excursions, will be delivered as expected.

3) Do these new fares apply to Silversea Expeditions?

Only the All-Inclusive Plus Fare is available for Expedition voyages On select itineraries, Last-

Minute Fare will be available. Your clients will continue to enjoy inclusive landings and shore experiences, per our normal policy for Expedition cruises.

The All-Inclusive Plus Fare will not include a Shore Excursion Credit on Expedition voyages since shore excursions are already included; however, the refundable deposit will apply.

For Last-Minute Fare, full payment is required at time of booking and it’s non-refundable.

On Expedition cruises, regardless of what fare you choose to book your clients, the fare includes charter fights, hotel and transfers are required by the itinerary for the cruise.

4) Do the new fares include a ir, h otel , and airport to pier and hotel to pier transfers through Silversea ? How can these be added to the booking?

None of the fares include a ir, h otel , and transfers . You may arrange these add-ons through Silversea to create a seamless experience tailored to your clients’ needs

Silversea ofers the following transfer types for your clients:

• Airport to Hotel and Hotel to Pier

• Hotel to Airport and Airport to Hotel

• Airport to Pier, Pier to Hotel and Pier to Airport

• Alaska Coach Transfer and Alaska Train

Transfers to and from hotels purchased independently from Silversea are not available

Travel Advisors will earn commission when purchasing air and hotels as add-ons through Silversea.

5) Are your fares available for all suite categories ?

Yes. You can book your clients using the All-Inclusive Plus Fare, the All-Inclusive Fare or LastMinute Fare on available suites. All suites are based on availability at the time of booking.

6) Is the deposit non - refundable with the All - Inclusive and Last - Minute Fares ?

Yes. The full deposit amount is not refundable with the All-Inclusive and Last-Minute Fares.

7) In the event of cancellation, is there a non - refundable administrative fee with the All - Inclusive Plus refundable deposit ?

No. Cancellation is not subject to an administrative fee with the All-Inclusive Plus Fare.

8) If I book my clients with the All - Inclusive Plus F are , which feature s a refundable deposit, how long do my clients have to cancel?

The deposit is refundable from the time of booking confrmation until the time when the penalty

9) What happens if my clients wish to change their All - Inclusive Plus reservation to Allperiod begins. Standard cancellation terms apply. Please visit Silversea.com for market cancellation terms.

Inclusive ?

You would need to cancel and rebook them. If your clients are within the penalty period, penalties will apply.

10) Does the Silversea Fare Guarantee program apply to both fares ?

No. The Silversea Fare Guarantee program only applies to the All - Inclusive Plus Fare It does not apply to the All-Inclusive Fare or Last-Minute fare.

11) Will Venetian Society (VS) tier bene f ts be applicable to Last - Minute fare?

VS Member savings and discounts are not combinable with Last Minute fare. Members still enjoy other select tier benefts when sailing on a voyage booked with Last Minute fare and earn VS Days. 12) Can I use my VS Referral Savings on a Last - Minute fare?

The VS Referral Saving cannot be applied to a Last-Minute Fare.

EXPEDITIONS

1) Do these new fares apply to Silversea Expeditions?

Only the All - Inclusive Plus Fare is available for Expedition cruises. When booking an Expedition cruise, your clients will continue to enjoy inclusive landings and shore experiences, per our normal policy for Expedition cruises.

The All-Inclusive Plus Fare will not include a Shore Excursion Credit on Expedition voyages since shore excursions are already included; however, the refundable deposit will apply. Charter fights or overnight hotels (if required by the Expedition itinerary) will also be included.

2) What can my clients expect when I book them on a Silversea E xpedition using the AllInclusive Plus F are ?

With all Silversea expedition voyages, at least one shore experience per day is included. Depending

on the destination, these immersive experiences might require pre-booking through My.Silversea. In

some destinations we may ofer additional shore experiences available at an additional cost, and your clients will be able to book these well ahead of their voyage through My.Silversea.

About the payment process: when shore excursions are added to the shopping cart independently,

these shore excursions are automatically removed after 24 hours if payment is not completed. This condition is clearly indicated in MySilversea during the shore excursion booking process.

If a shore excursion is added internally by our team to a guest’s booking, the guest receives a notifcation confrming the addition. The same notifcation also informs them that the tour will be cancelled after 72 hours if payment has not been made.

SHORE EXCURSIONS

1) Why are shore excursions not included with the new fares, as they were with Door - to - Door and Port - to - Port fares ?

It’s about providing fexibility and choice. Some of our guests prefer not to have Shore Excursions included in the fare, while others do appreciate the convenience of inclusive Shore Excursions. While the All-Inclusive Fare or Last-Minute fare do not include Shore Excursions, the All - Inclusive Plus Fare provide s a S hore E xcursion C redit based on the length and region of the voyage. In this way, we can address both preferences.

2) What Shore Excursions can be used with the shore excursion credit , and how to use the credit?

Your clients booked on the All-Inclusive Plus Fare can use their shore excursion credit when booking the following shore excursions which are new to our portfolio: Highlight Experiences, Signature Experiences, and Private

Please be aware that Custom and Overland Experiences are not included as part of the credit.

To use the shore excursion credit, you and your clients will continue to book and reserve Shore Excursions in advance of the cruise on My Sil v er s ea . Please be aware of the following:

• The Shore Excursion Credit will be shown as one total amount for the voyage.

• When booking a shore excursion under the All-Inclusive Plus Fare, the booking confrmation will show the amount of Shore Excursion Credit applicable within the overall fare. This credit is then available and shown on My.Silversea for your clients to book their Shore Excursions, whether in advance or while on board.

• The Shore Excursion Credit can only be used for Shore Excursions. If your clients do not spend their full credit amount, then that residual value will expire at the end of the cruise.

• Anyone booked with the All-Inclusive Fare or Last-Minute Fares will pay for each excursion through their My.Silversea or shipboard account. When using My.Silversea, the payment must happen within 24 hours of when the shore excursion reservation took place to avoid cancelation.

• In case your clients spend more than the credit total, an additional amount will be charged to the My.Silversea account as pre-payment or to their shipboard account if booked on board.

• If your clients have a shipboard credit associated with a promotion , your clients can redeem this shipboard credit by booking their shore excursions on board the ship and not through My. Silversea before their cruise.

• All fares allow your clients to purchase Shore Excursions on My.Silversea in advance of sailing or while on board. We believe this approach will also further improve the availability of Shore Excursions for our guests to book in advance.

• With the All-Inclusive Fare or Last-Minute fares, your clients will have the same access at the same price to book shore excursions as those guests booking the All-Inclusive Plus Fare, but they will not have a Shore Excursion Credit and will pay for the ex cursions they book via MySilversea prior to the cruise or via their shipboard account while on board.

3) If my solo client books a suite and is paying a 200% solo supplement, how will the shore excursion credit work?

When your clients’ book as a solo traveler the shore excursion credit is calculated as a per guest amount, therefore your client will not have double the credit.

4) Will my clients be able to book onshore S.A.L.T. Experiences ?

As we continue to broaden our collection of shore excursions, our innovative approach will allow guests bookings with the All-Inclusive Plus Fare to allocate their Shore Excursion Credit as they wish across any of the excursions we ofer, including S.A.L.T. Experiences ashore.

5) If my clients do not use their S hore E xcursion C redit, does the credit expire?

Shore Excursions are an integral part of the All-Inclusive Plus Fare and are sailing specifc. Unused S hore E xcursion C redits will expire on the last night of your client’s cruise Shore Excursion Credits will not roll over from cruise to cruise.

6) If my clients choose the All - Inclusive F are , or Last - Minute Fare c an they still book S hore E xcursions before their cruise or while on board?

Yes. All fares allow your clients to purchase shore excursions on My.Silversea in advance of sailing or

while on board

7) Which shore excursions are included with expedition voyages ?

GRAND VOYAGES AND WORLD CRUISE S ( 2026, 2027 & 2028 )

1) If I book my clients on a Grand Voyage, can I book them using the new fares?

If you book your clients on a Grand Voyage, you will have the option of booking them with the AllInclusive Plus Fare, which includes the Shore Excursion Credit and refundable deposit. The AllInclusive Fare will not be available on Grand Voyages.

2) Does anything change for my clients who are booked on a World Cruise in 2026, 2027 or 2028?

No. Your clients who are already booked on a World Cruise in 2026, 2027, or 2028 will not be impacted.

3) After the new fares are introduced on September 11 2025, which fare will be available for the World Cruise?

The All-Inclusive Plus Fare will be available to book your clients on a World Cruise.

4) Will the Pre - cruise Hotel and Bon Voyage Gala for World Cruises still be included ?

Yes, your clients can still look forward to these benefts being included as part of their World Cruise experience.

PRE & POST : AIR, HOTEL, TRANSFERS

1) Can I add air, hotel, and transfers to both the All - Inclusive and All - Inclusive Plus fares ?

Yes. For your clients who would like the convenience of having their air, hotels, and transfers arranged through Silversea, you can book these add-ons during the booking process.

2 ) What do I need to know about a ir r eservations for my clients?

For f ights departing outside 300 Days :

As we do today, if your clients’ voyage is more than 300 days from departure , you may book their fights through Silversea at the time you make the cruise reservation. Silversea will confrm the price

of the fights in the class of your clients’ choice, but we cannot confrm the routing, timing, or airline

At that time, Silversea will confrm the fight details to you, and your clients can then choose to until 300 days prior to departure.

confrm the fights ofered at the price originally quoted, or book alternative fights which may come at an additional cost or savings

For f ights departing within 300 Days :

As we do today, a guest can choose to book specifc fights with a choice of class, routing, airline, and timing and Silversea will quote that price at the time of taking out an option at the time of booking.

Transfers when booking f ights through Silversea :

If you book your clients’ fights through Silversea, the transfer from any fight to the cruise terminal and return will be provided and included in the quoted airfare. This only applies if your clients fy on the same day of arrival or upon disembarkation. You now have more gateway choices to book your clients.

3) Will I earn a commission when I book my client ’s air through Silversea ?

Yes, travel partners earn 5% commission on any fights, hotels, land experiences, city stays booked through Silversea.

4 ) What do I need to know about f ight arrangements that require an overnight hotel stay ?

When you book your clients’ air using Silversea and there are no fights available that will arrive the same day as the cruise departure and allow your clients to transfer timely to the ship, then Silversea will arrange a one-night hotel stay at the destination. Silversea will also arrange transfer from the arrival airport to the hotel and to the ship the following day. The cost of the hotel and transfers will be included in the airfare quoted.

Early check-in and late check-out are not included regardless of the fight time arrival or departure. If available at the hotel properties contracted by Silversea, early check-in or late check-out can be purchased through Silversea. A Tour Operator request will be submitted internally by the agent/party booking the cruise to process these requests. Plus, your clients may purchase additional hotel nights through Silversea if desired.

5 ) What do I need to know about p re - and post -c ruise h otel s tays for my clients?

When you book your clients’ fights through Silversea, we can provide additional fexibility for your clients by arranging hotel stays either before or after their cruise. Silversea will provide a quote for the

fight and a quote for the hotel; your clients can then choose what they would like to book from what

6) Can I book my clients’ p re - or p ost - cruise h otel with Silversea if they arrange their f ight s is ofered by Silversea

independently?

Yes, you can still book your clients’ pre- or post-cruise hotel stays with Silversea. The price quoted

for the hotels will include transfers from the airport to the hotel and onward to the ship, and the same will apply on the return if your clients booked a post-cruise hotel stay. While Silversea will always work to provide the best accommodation for your clients, if a particular hotel brand is not available when a quote is provided, then your clients will need to book the hotel separately on their own.

7) If my clients only have a pre - cruise hotel stay booked through Silversea , will transfer be provided to the airport on disembarkation ?

No. Your clients must make their own transfer arrangements from the ship to the airport on disembarkation If needed, a post-cruise airport transfer can be purchased on board

8 ) Can transfers be purchased without booking f ights through Silversea?

If your clients book their own fights independently and only wish to purchase transfers from Silversea from the airport to the ship and ship to airport, they may do so, but they must provide their fight details. Transfers can be purchased up to 10 days before the day of departure. Silversea will not be able to pick up guests at the airport without detailed fight information.

9 ) Will Blacklane p rivate e xecutive t ransfers still be available for my clients ?

No. After September 11, 2025, Blacklane transfers will not be included with any fare Your clients will receive an email enabling them to make their own arrangements directly with Blacklane. Terms and Conditions for Blacklane, including penalties, must be referenced directly on the Blacklane website https://www.blacklane.com/en/

Blacklane typically releases rides for booking around 11 months out, based on airlines routes and fares release. Rides should be available for bookings approximately 300 days before. Any bookings questions should be addressed directly to Blacklane.

If your clients booked a Door-to-Door fare before September 11, 2025, they will still be able to take advantage of Blacklane transfer service; the service is applicable for distances up to 50 miles.

10) Will travel advisors earn commission when booking Blacklane private executive transfers for clients?

Travel Advisors will not earn commission when booking Blacklane.

BOOKING YOUR CLIENTS WITH THE NEW FARES

1) How do I make new bookings?

Our global call center teams are trained and ready to take bookings from our travel partners as they

do today. You may also continue to make bookings via My.Silversea

2) Will Silversea.com display the new fares?

Yes. Once the new fares are introduced, you will see the fare options and be able to compare them with each other.

3) With the introduction of the new fares, w ill there be a change to travel partner commissions ?

The overall commission structure remains unchanged with the introduction of these new fares. Potentially you may earn higher commissions as you will earn 5% commission on add-on’s (i.e. air, hotel) should you add these to the booking. And with the All-Inclusive Plus option, you earn commission on the Shore Excursion Credit.

5) How do I make a Group b ooking using the All Inclusive and All - Inclusive Plus f ares ?

When making a Group booking reservation, only one fare — either the All-Inclusive Plus fare or the All-Inclusive fare can be used for all the suites reserved under the same Group. Please contact our Groups Department if there are additional questions.
