Scene 1 Setting:Castle King: Dear daughters! I am old and I can die at any moment so I will divide my kingdom now Cordelia: How will you do it father?

King: I will divide it according to your promise of love Regan: I will love you forever and ever my dad!!!

Goneril: I will love you more than I can love anyone on earth!!

King: What can you say Cordelia? You are too silent Cordelia: Nothing so important. I will love you as any daughter loves a father Scene 2 Setting: Castle King Lear: Watch your words Cordelia!!! If you think that, you are not longer my daughter!!! You will get nothing of my fortune Kent: Please my king, think it over. Don’t be so cruel with Cordelia.

King Lear: Goneril and Regan, my fortune will be divided into you two. Goneril, I will live in your house!

Scene 14 Setting:Castle Goneril (to the audience): I will poison my sister Regan and in this way I will have my father´s money (Enters Regan) Regan: Hi, dear sister!

Goneril: Hi, Goneril! Would you like some coffee?

Regan: Yes, please ( Goneril prepares the coffee and poisons her sister) Kent: You killed your sister!!! Shame on you!! And you betrayed your husband!!!

Goneril: this is not true!!!

Kent: Yes, it is (They fight and Goneril kills herself with Kent’s sword) Scene 15 Kent: Dear King. I have bad news!!! Your daughter Cordelia has been trapped Lear: Who trapped her?It’s impossible.
