Luxury meets coastal minimalism in this thoughtfullydesigned home. This East Coast-inspired build offers an intimate connection to it’s surrounding coastal landscape, from it’s boardwalk style deck, to it’s tan, cream and subtle light grey colour palette.
The soft exterior façade catches the sunlight at all the right times, where the Abodo timber cladding in “Straw” creates beautiful creamy blonde shades throughout the day. Timber is the primary feature on the exterior, with subtle grey-toned Premier Estate brick in Ash to add contrast.
The timber theme continues inside, with engineered timber flooring and timber furnishings. Warm timber effortlessly balances the use of shades of grey and white.
Inside, a minimalist colour palette is incorporated creating a light, bright and airy space that instantly evokes a sense of calm upon entry, while distinctive light features add personality to the neutral palette.
Rhythm is fostered throughout the home with the repetition of texture from the timber wood flooring to the beautiful kitchen cabinetry.
The pavilion-style home means all bedrooms are tucked away from the living areas, and the master suite comes complete with access to the integrated decking area.
