MORTGAGE LENDERS

Signature Homes is providing you with a list of lenders that have given previous homeowners great service. They are familiar with our process and know what is required in an acceptable loan approval letter. You are not required to use any of the names suggested. If you choose to use a different lender the information listed below must be included in your pre-approval letter.

ALL PRE-APPROVAL LETTERS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO BE ACCEPTED:

• Current with a date

• Employment has been verified

• Income has been verified

• Credit checked

• Funds for down payment has been verified & it is not contingent on the sale of property.

• Approval amount is equal to or greater than sales price.

• Lender information must have a phone number and an email address

• Must be on a separate .pdf /.doc attachment
