Anyara Hills: Masterplan & Sales Gallery 01

Semenyih, Selangor

The 584 acres resort style homestead development offers the countryside living surrounded by natural green and rolling hills within the vicinity of the city center.

Key responsibility:

- Studied area/lots with steep slopes and proposed additional roads/revised road levels for better sellability.

- Checked as-builts against design levels and ensure correct information is relayed for scale model making.

- Reviewed coordination dawings for road reserve.

- Reviewed M&E drawings i.e street lighting, feeder pillar locations against landscape drawings and highlight clashes for further coordination.

- Assisted to review design for masterplan VE purposes.

- Reviewed guardhouse design and tender drawings.

As the second Show Unit in Anyara Hills, the Contemporary Pavilion carries a louder architectural design withina more simplified orchard setting.

Key responsibility:

- Identified & proposed suitable site for management’s approval.

- Researched & proposed hardscape ideas for management’s approval.

- Assisted to engage and liaised with consultants team to develop esign brief.

- Reviewed coordination and tender drawings to ensure design intention is carried through.

- Jointly reviewed, evaluated, and proposed architecture, C&S, M&E and landscape items for VE purposes.
