It is important to employ the best practices in senior housing strategies. Seniors in today’s society aren’t just looking for a place to live, but somewhere that can adapt, change, and meet their needs. They need to be surrounded by not only people of similar age but also with people of all demographics. Being able to navigate the community without assistance is important, such as getting to their doctors’ appointments or downtown to meet a friend. By using these strategies to support a we are able to design a life-long neighborhood for all residents.
