STEP FOUR: STEP THREE: Project Discovery Going Unconditional The Contract Process Home Owner’s Journey Securing Your New Property (EOI)
Following your initial enquiry, our sales team will be in touch to ensure we understand your wants and needs for your future home
An appointment will be scheduled to meet with you. For those who can't make it in person, we hold a virtual presentation or a discovery phone call.
With over a decade of selling off-the-plan homes, the SIERA team understands what is important to our future residents, and our sales team is able to help you understand the process in detail and feel more comfortable throughout the discovery
During your 1-2 hour appointment, you will discover more about the project.
At the appointment you will be able to:
See and feel the finishes that will be in your new home
Experience the lifestyle and local amenities on Chevron Island. Go on-site and see the progress we are making with construction
Of course, you can ask about all of the ins and outs of the project to make sure it is exactly what you are looking for.
The purchasing journey is different for everyone and we are here to work with each individual purchaser to ensure that you leave excited and prepared for your new home. This can include:
Meeting with the Builder
Meeting with the Architect
We understand this is a big step and we are here to assist you in making the decision that is right for you
STEP TWO
Should you wish to purchase, you will be given an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to complete and return along with a $5,000 deposit to hold your property
To ensure your property is held, we ask that you return your EOI within 48 hours
Once we receive your EOI, ID and deposit receipt, our solicitors will prepare your contract for review.
STEP THREE
You and your solicitor will be provided with your contract to review via the Document Portal and be requested to have it returned (by your solicitor) within 7 days of receipt. We will also be in communication with you through this process.
Once approved by all parties, our solicitor will issue the contract via an electronic signing program called
Once issued via DocuSign, the contract will be ready for execution which we ask is promptly completed within 24 hours of receipt
Once signed by all parties, the executed contract will be distributed.
STEP FOUR
Your contract is now Conditional.
Your balance deposit is due within 14 days of the contract execution date This is 10% of the contract price, minus the initial $5,000 EOI deposit.

Once your balance deposit is paid your contract is now Unconditional.
At this point, you will have been receiving our Construction Updates, Monthly Newsletters and other important updates, which give you an insight into how dedicated and committed the SIERA team are to creating your new home.
As a part of the home owner’s journey:
1. You will receive an official welcome message and be added to our growing group of excited purchasers. In this email we will confirm your preferred contact details and that you have received all of your exclusive materials such as our project brochure to share with your friends (or keep on your coffee table).
2. In the days following this, you will receive an experience questionnaire where we would love to hear your honest feedback. This helps us to continually improve the quality of our service to clients.
3. You will be invited to project events along the way to celebrate milestones and meet your new neighbours. Monthly construction updates, development information and ongoing marketing communications will help you stay up to date with all project progress
4. Leading up to the settlement of your new home, we will guide you through everything you need to know We will be in touch to help you with this
Buying off-the-plan is not as complicated as it sounds. Always remember, it is our job to make this process not only easy but more importantly, exciting.
