We are all here for the same reason.

Our One Team Hull vision has three themes - by allowing everyone to be amazing every day, we are thinking world-class and making a world of difference to our customers, colleagues and community.

Be Amazing Every Day

Not many jobs provide the opportunity to do and be 'amazing every day.

We hope that knowing you're involved in something so special inspires you to rise to the challenge.

We encourage you from day one to take ownership and challenge yourself to be amazing every day.

Thinking World Class

Don't be afraid to think big. Our ambition is to be world-class and our people are developing the confidence and talent to hit our goals. Living our culture allows us to produce the best wind turbines in the world and ensures we are better tomorrow than we are today.

Ask yourself 'how can I do this better?' and never be fearful of challenging existing ways of working. Tell us what you think, share your lightbulb moments, and maybe you'll find your own idea will become reality!

Keep your eyes and ears open - be proactive about understanding other parts of the business and ensure you stay up-to-date with your own specialisms.

Our Customers

Together, we provide reliable energy for hundreds of thousands of people across the UK, Europe and beyond. We put our customers at the heart of everything we do and, whatever your role with us, you play a major part in delivering customer satisfaction.

Our customers choose us because we deliver a product that the competition, exceeds and they know our wind turbines will help them deliver a superior service to their own customers.

Making a World of Difference

We all truly believe and know you will, too, that our work is making a difference to our community, the region, and ultimately the world.

We are striving to improve people’s lives now and for generations to come by supporting our communities. The business is involved in some projects that you could become a part of, including: • Our apprentice scheme combines classroom study and working on the factory floor to gain an NVQ diploma or

BTEC Level 3. • Our internship programme - we've recruited several university students for one-year placements across various disciplines within the organisation wherever we have a business need. • A partnership with local organisation Pathway Plus offers young people with learning disabilities valuable work experience to eventually achieve paid employment.

• Women in Manufacturing and Engineering (WiME)

enables girls who are considering their options after school and women of working age to find out about these career options. We are one of the founding organisations involved in this local scheme, and we have hired women for a wide variety of manufacturing and engineering positions.

As a sponsor of the Greenpower Education Trust, a charity that inspires young people to think about engineering as a career, our employees support local schoolchildren to build electric kit cars culminating in a thrilling race.

We are committed to supporting the development of vital science, technology, engineering and maths skills and are one of the founding employer partners of the Ron Dearing University Technical College in Hull. We also have close links with Wilberforce College and the University of Hull.
