Focus on endurance and skills training in this program fantastic for any swimming enthusiast, whether you’re coming from a swim team, or just love to swim for exercise and conditioning. Training groups will be determined by our coaching sta .
Prerequisite: You must be able to complete 2 non-stop laps of freestyle swim to participate.
