A guest house designed for Marian college of Architecture and planning. It locate near the college to accommodate guests from the college.the design includes a kitchen cum living space and a bedroom for 2 people with attached toilet. The 2 guest rooms has a common sitout space and car porch.

The residence is located in Pongumoodu,Trivandrum. The residence is designed for a music artist and his family with one child. The design includes 3 bedrooms with a barrier free toilet ,kitchen ,dining,a double height living space and a recording studio for the music artiste. The recording studio (workplace) has a separate entry from the residence.

The site is loacted inside the Marin college campus and opposite to Architecture Department in Trivandrum.the design consist of exhi bition center for show casing various projects done by students ,diffrent workshops like model making and bamboo workshops ,Open workshop spaces, Discussion rooms , lecture rooms , Seminar halls and Canteen.The workshop and exhibition spaces are designed in the ground floor on the first floot Seminarr halls ,lecture rooms, discussion room and staff rooms are located.The innovation center is designed as two blocks and connceted by a bridge in first floor.Combination of windows and jaali walls are used.

04 . apartment
The Apartment is located in Lakshmi Nagar,Pattom,Trivandrum. The apartment is 27 metre tall and combination of 1BHk,2BHK,3BHK and Penthouse units and also includes Multi purpose hall , Open Terrace Pool and other amenities. The Apartment is designed in simple ‘C’ shape with two wings on either side. The center of the Apartment has a central opening to get natural ventilation and light.the space is used as play area for kids and all the units has direct view to the central space. All the balcony has bi folding panels.

Art and craft village

The Art and Craft village project is a 38 acre project at Global Ayurvedic Village in Varkala.The three sides of the site is surrounded by water. The aim of the project a space to showcase and give training of different crafts and Arts in Kerala. The project includes spaces for showcasing crafts and workshop areas for training , Exhibition spaces, Mela Ground, Dance performance space, Public and Private recre ational areas, Restaurants, Accommodation for Staffs and Tourists and Parking for Buses ,Motorcycles and cars.
