TIMETABLE SESSIONS 1. 8.35 – Registration + Tutor time 2. 9am to 10.30am – #BeCreative 3. 10.30am to 11am – Break 4. 11am to 12.30pm – #BeActive 5. 12.30pm to 1.30pm – Lunch 6. 1.30pm to 3pm – #BeConnected 7. 3.05pm to 3.45pm – Tutor time 8. #BeRelaxed - during the evening with household members.

A WARM WELCOME TO SIBFORD’S SENIOR SCHOOL WELLBEING DAY 2021. We appreciate how hard you and your parents have worked through this pandemic and we want to give a little something back as our way of saying thank you for keeping going. Here are a few things that you can participate in online with us, or you can dip in and out as you see fit. Most importantly, do something for you, something that makes you feel connected to your family and to the world around you. Our intention is to follow the Danish art of Hygge for the day; the key ingredients of Hygge are togetherness, relaxation, indulgence, presence, and comfort. Above all, have some fun, make some memories and we will see you at 3:05 when you can tell us all about your day. Tracy Knowles
