PROGRAM GUIDELINES PROGRAMS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING RATE CLASSES: ON-ROAD MOTORCYCLES – 4 RATE CLASSES • ON-ROAD THREE WHEELERS – 1 RATE CLASS • OFF-ROAD MOTORCYCLES – 3 RATE CLASSES • OFF-ROAD UTVS/ATVS – 3 RATE CLASSES • SCOOTERS – 2 RATE CLASSES • PWC – 1 RATE CLASS • SNOWMOBILES – 1 RATE CLASS • JET BOATS – 1 RATE CLASS • GOLF CARTS (ELECTRIC AND GAS) – 5 RATE CLASSES • Emergency Roadside/Towing: $150/incident; Up to 3 uses/12 month period; limit 1 use/72 hour period • Lost Key Reimbursement: up to $150/replacement per 12 month period • Rental Reimbursement: 5 days/$50 per day/up to $250 (for On-Road powersports only) • Trip Interruption:$150/day and up to $450/occurrence (for On-Road Motorcycles and Three Wheelers only) • Emergency Rescue Reimbursement: Up to $150 for vehicle/passenger retrieval • Pick Up/Delivery Reimbursement: up to $100 • Standard Deductible- $50 • Extended Eligibility Surcharge – $100 (12 months) and $200 (24 months) • Touring Package Surcharge (where applicable) - $75 • Dual Engine Sport Boat Surcharge (Jet Boat Program only) - $300 • Terms are true time from effective date of VSC • Vehicle Class per Axiom Powersports VSC Class Guide • Vehicle Service Contract Rate per Axiom Powersports VSC Rate Chart • Florida dealers are subject to Florida Retail Filed Rate Guidelines per Axiom filed Powersports VSC Rate Chart

associated Powersports Vehicle Service Contract, and shall advise the dealer or repair facility of the proper disposition of such claims.

The dealer, repair facility or contract holder, as is appropriate, shall be reimbursed for the reasonable cost of covered repairs to the extent provided under the vehicle service contract and this Addendum.

Axiom shall have sole discretion regarding repairs to be made under the contract, including whether the repairs shall be made with new, remanufactured or Like Kind and Quality (LKQ) parts.

• Exclusions: Big Dog, Boss Hoss OC Choppers, Tao Tao, Argo • Vehicles used for snow removal, commercial purposes, pickup and delivery service, company pool use, business travel when the vehicle is used by more than 1 driver, service or repair calls, route work, job site activities, construction, farming, ranching or hauling

• Vehicles not listed as eligible in the current classification guide.

• Vehicles not eligible per the Powersports VSC contract.

• Any non-U.S. specification model vehicle, grey market vehicle, or any vehicle with a branded or salvaged title, • That was rebuilt, that was declared a total loss or lemon, that was repossessed, that does not meet U.S. safety standards, or that had the original manufacturer’s warranty voided for any reason.

• Axiom Product Administration, LLC shall review, adjust, and settle claims for covered repairs which are approved by Axiom under the
