Fría los plátanos machos, reserve calientes. Prepare los 8 huevos fritos individualmente. Caliente los frijoles en un sartén con un poquito de aceite. Sofría la salsa de tomate. Coloque dos huevos fritos en cada plato individual, bañe con dos cucharadas de salsa de tomate, a un lado sirva los frijoles refritos y los plátanos fritos, decore con trocitos de queso fresco y bañe con la crema.

• 8 huevos • 1 lata de frijoles refritos • 1 taza de crema simple

• 2 plátanos machos maduros partidos en rodajas • 1/2 libra de queso fresco de Guatemala • 1 taza de salsa de tomate

Fry the plantains and keep warm. Fry 8 eggs individually. Heat up the beans in a pan with a little oil. Heat the tomato sauce. Place two fried eggs on each plate, cover with two tablespoons of tomato sauce. Place a serving of the beans on the side along with the fried plantains. Decorate with pieces of the cheese and cover with the cream.

• 8 eggs • 1 can of refried beans • 1 cup of simple cream

• 2 plantains • 1/2 lb. of fresh Guatemalan cheese • 1 cup of tomato sauce
