The project consists of 2BHK and 3BHK flats in four towers and fifteen individual villas along with all necessary amenities.
community housing concept embraces the natural terrain and context to create a harmonious living experience. By carefully the site’s topography, the layout maximizes views, sunlight, and airflow ng issues such as flooding and environmental disruption. Sensory stimulation is used in such a way that each space has a variation in intensity and level of stimulation based on the different activity zones to trigger different stimuli respectively.
Tinted glass or perforated walls add patterns for visual stimulation.
Using Tin or Metal such that in a courtyard space, it would make sound from the rain falling
Creating a space to help people relax and recalibrate when moving between highly stimulating areas
These provide developmentally appropriate play experiences and enhances tactile senses
A gradual height reduction from outdoor to indoor aids navigation through visual cues

The design brief for this project was to create an iconic structure especially for tourists which is eye catching to people passing by through the site. Another very important aspect to this project was that it was an architecture museum thus cultivating the journey inside the museum for the user was a crucial aspect to take into consideration.
Curtain wall is used for the main facade of the structure with glazing to minimize heat while still standing out.
The core and periphery concept in a fictional architecture museum mirrors urban dynamics. Visitors first encounter whimsical designs, but as they move deeper into the museum, the architecture becomes more authentic and historically grounded. This parallels cities, where the core holds the most significant, historically rich structures. Visitors are taken on a journey exploring the interplay between fiction and reality, much like the layers of history in urban spaces.
COURTYARD DESIGN
Use permeable materials like porous concrete or gravel which slow rainwater to infiltrate into the ground with proper grading and drainage design to direct rainwater towards this surface.
Store the water in underground storage tanks which can be pumped for usage in the museum.
ROOF
Arched curved roof which provides ample space for rainwater collection while offering stability as well. Essential to consider drainage requirement

Creating an office space where there is a proper division between work and leisure providing both at the same place.
The building of yellow room offices consists of three companies with functional and flexible interior layout for different office functions.
The project also focuses on sustainable features and making a green building .
Optimizes wind flow while dividing space creating visual connectivity
Using vegetation to create synergy between natural and man made spaces while using cooling effect from the trees at the same time.
Mezzanine/Half Floor which is isolated from other spaces with good visual connectivity to outside creating a hub to ideate discuss and create.
Having separate spaces with collaboration spaces in between to connect and buffer spaces
Semi-Private spaces like open cubicles are on the exterior of the structure while private spaces like meeting rooms maintain distance from direct visual contact while having sufficient light and ventilation
Orientation, placement and form of structures according to wind and sun movement on site
