URBAN DESIGN STUDIO
The project aims to create a unified circulation system that improves and enhances the connection between Downtown Waukegan and the lakefront.
Organic bike paths and pedestrian walkways weave with one another, and seamlessly integrate with the urban environment, allowing users to engage with city’s landscape.

A mixed-use residential development located in the vibrant Fulton Market neighborhood of Chicago. Designed in collaboration with FARPOINT developers, the project focuses on creating human-centric spaces that respond to the site’s urban context, community needs and importance of balancing contextual sensitivity.
