JECEC Exam Process Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) is an entrance exam conducted by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) for the entry into courses like Engineering, Agriculture, Forestry, MBBS, B.V.Sc. & A.H, Ayurvedic Degree Courses and Homeopathic. The responsibility to conduct these examinations are given to JCECEB by the Government of Jharkhand.

Application Form: The interested candidates who want to pursue a career in the above-mentioned courses can fill the JCECE online application form which will be available at the official site of JCECEB on 20th March 2017 after 02:00 pm. The last date to submit the online application form is 24th April 2017. The candidates are advised to not to wait for the last days to fill the form. Fill the form in the early days to avoid too much traffic on the site during the last days of the closing of the online application window.

Read the instructions carefully before starting to fill the form.

Exam Pattern: ● The exam will be held in pen & paper mode. ● The questions will be objective type. An OMR sheet will be given to encircle the bubble to mark the right answer of the particular question. ● For each right answer, one mark will be allotted to the candidate. ● For each wrong answer, one-fourth marks will be deducted from the total. ● No marks will be deducted in case of not attempting the question, but negative marks will be given if multiple options will be marked by the candidate.

Exam Details: The date of the JCECE exam is scheduled on 7th May 2017. The students must go through the whole syllabus of their respective fields first and then strategies accordingly to make the exam with good marks. The result of JCECE exam is expected to be announced on the date 22nd May 2017.

Counselling: The counselling for the students who will successfully make through the JCECE exam will be done in two phases. The first counselling will be held expectedly in the first week of the June 2017, and the second counselling is expected to be held in the last week of June 2017. The candidates are required to produce the domicile certificate at the time of counselling.

The merit will be formed by marks obtained by the candidate. The document verification will be done at the date of counselling. Don does not forget to bring all the documents on the counselling day.
