What I learned:
Throughoutthisproject,Ilearnedtheimportanceofbalancinguserneedswithbusinessgoalswhilemaintaining designconsistency.Conductingusabilitytestingprovidedvaluableinsightsintoreal-worldusagepatterns, reinforcingtheneedforiterativedesignimprovements.Ialsogainedadeeperunderstandingofhowheuristic evaluationsanddesignprinciplesdirectlyimpactuserexperience.
