I define myself as a young aspiring architect engaged to a global society. I believe in the duty we have with others and the power of architecture as a medium of change in society. I procure to include users and inhabitants opinions while designing, as well as the cultural heritage factor. The project was to design a officer's training center . The site being located Ahmedabad, India, which is a city if rich culture and diverse architecture.

The Canteen inside the training center is provided as an element of leisure for the trainees.

It has been provided a special outdoor seating to enjoy the outer periphery. Also, an indoor courtyard seating is provided enclosed with glass, as courtyards are a symbol of Ahmedabad architecture.

This Canteen can occupy about 40 trainees at a time.

The training center provided for the trainees is for the practical training lessons. The training hall consists of 4 training rooms which includes : 2 classrooms for theoretical learning and 2 computer labs for practical training on computers.

There is also another courtyard given in the center with triangular seating where the trainees can come and have a leisure time in their breaks.

The hostel is designed in such a way that the privacy of the trainees is maintained and is located in the private zone.

There are mainly 2 type of hostel provided for the trainees living there: 2 sharing hostel rooms and 3 sharing hostel rooms. It has 4 rooms on each floor and the building is of G+2 height. Each room can accommodate 2 people at a time.

SITE PLAN The planning of this ENT hospital is done in a Humanizing way which is done in a range of ways, including providing a sense of control, external views, positive acoustics, natural light, pleasant fragrances, bodily comfort, varied color and private space. With this background a 100 bedded specialty hospital is to be proposed in Kiwale along the Pune-Mumbai expressway catering to the existing and growing population.

The hospital is designed to serve all the necessary rooms and OPD's required for all the ear, nose and throat specialist doctors. It is a G+ 2 hospital with proper segregation of private, public and semi-public spaces.

The materials used are with respect to the climate of pune, there is a specially customized façade for the aesthetics of the hospital wit minimal light colors.

This project was about designing mass housing for all income groups that are: LIG, MIG and HIG. The site is located in Bangalore on a contour land.

This mass housing complex also incudes recreational space, clubhouse, gardens, parks and walkways, leisure areas, temple, etc.

According to the site, finest materials suiting the weather of Bangalore are chosen to build the façade of the buildings.

These are G+ 10 in height with a 4 family accommodation on every floor.

Use of wooden cubes for the furniture which are joined together and aligned in such a way that it looks aesthetic and serves its purpose of seating and pergola at the same time.

USE OF WOOD AND BAMBOO IN THE STRUCTURE Use of materials like wood and bamboo have bought to our understanding that Bamboo forests are very friendly to the environment. They reduce pollution by producing oxygen, more than 35 percent more than trees do. Their roots create a water barrier that helps control soil erosion.

Bamboo also consumes high quantities of nitrogen, which helps reduce water pollution.

School of art & design as a whole essentially is a setup which "Encourages a culture of thinking, questioning and experimenting that harnesses the artistic and intellectual potential of each individual".

Not only to counter sterile, over simplified courses, but also will encourage hands on work by providing a course so involving that it is in direct contrast to the distant mode of learning (which is also a by-product of technology).

This school will not only focus on the technical designing but also focus on the usage of a lot of energy and resources and at the same time generates a lot of waste. It is essential to stress on technologies and materials that not very energy consuming as well as recycling the waste our environment generates.

WORKSHOP AREA

DESIGNING OF WORKSHOP AREA This workshop area is one of the most important regions out of the entire campus of this school.

Here, the students would carry out hands on activities according to their course / programs.

Thus, this school aims to design a nature friendly materials- used building to provide hands on experience o the students in a sustainable environment.

The competition is based on designing a designer's work studio which can break the conventional model for small office spaces, and create a space that fosters innovation, collaboration and productivity.

The entire project is proposed to be built from used shipping containers as the key building material rather than building anew construction.

SITE SPECIFICATION: TOTAL SITE AREA : 750 SQ.M. BUILT UP AREA : 450 SQ.M. MAX. HEIGHT : 09 METERS GROUND COVER : 50 % MAXIMUM

The studio is imagined to be a small, modern workspace for 12-15 people, with versatile areas that can create an abode for the working mind.

It is designed in such a way to bring inspiration through collaborative events, and to keep designers and people's interaction alive. It is envisioned to be a semi-public, multipurpose space within the site to host exhibitions, workshops, seminars, or even open mic performances, like music events, ar5t exhibits or talk shows.

It also envisions a small café, which can serve both, the public, as well as this multipurpose interactive space. The design of café and its connectivity to the studio is expected to maintain the hierarchy and transition from public to private spaces.

TOYCATHON COMPETITION

PLAN

The urge to grow and become powerful is a passion that most possess . Keeping that in mind, we have built a board game that allows the players to be in control of making their own kingdom.

The unique quality of this game is that it puts the player in a position of authority and forces them to use tricks and tactics to grow their kingdom as much as possible. This is what will keep the player indulged in the game.

This game, much like India, is full of diversity.

4 players will represent 4 kingdoms and race to the end while creatin and expanding their kingdom and castle.

As one moves forward, he/she may unlock various services, materials, occupations and structures for their castle.

We wanted to focus on the monarchy system practiced in ancient India.

One can get a small experience of owning their own castle and nurturing it one brick at a time.

I started with freelancing as a side pass time along with my internship and to explore more software's and also to learn and improvise my skills. This project was about designing a Glass room for a client.

He described his wants and asked me to prepare a plan and 3D for the same.

The plan was made of a room with a bed, TV set and a small dining around the corner.

With changes and alterations a design was finalized and executed.

INTERNSHIP - MEZZANINE OFFICE DESIGN

This project was about designing an office, a small one for an eye specialist doctor.

This eye specialty clinic was owned by a client and he wanted minimal interiors and the office to be on the mezzanine floor above.

The ground floor consists of the reception and eye checking area.

I designed the plan for the same.

After the approval of which I made the 3d and then rendered it.

The assignment for this project was to design landscape for a hotel.

I submitted the plan for the same according to the area given.

After the plan was approved, I moved further to the 3d of the site, then made changes for the same.

Also, submitted a detailed presentation on the same.

After final approval I took the renders for the same.

INTERNSHIP - BUNGALOW DESIGN

I was asked by the architect under whom I was interning, to design a bungalow for a client.

The requirements stated that the bungalow was for a family of 5 people, and they wanted a 3 bedroom villa along with parking and full space of open terrace.

The site was located in Navi Mumbai.

I submitted few plans for the same, after many corrections, I was handed over the final plan and asked to made the 3d for the same with my own design of façade.

This façade design was approved and I was asked to take out renders for the same.
