About the Desniger
I am Shreya Khiani, 20 year old Fashion Designer based in Paris, France. Born and raised on the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, I am passionate about exploring the intersections of entrepreneurship and fashion design through a cultural lens. When I embark on a creative project, my work is driven is by the desire to solve or explore challenges As a designer, I share ideas, and reflect my clients’ stories on fabrics and threads as I wove clothes that best represents their true authentic selves. My biggest takeaway from this experience is that everything that is riveting in the creative world is a result of collaboration and change to create a living dialogue.
Mirroring my inquisitive nature to experiment with possible designs, my creation integrates intention with the wearer ’ s interpretation as well as with cultural relevance and global microtrends. My values align with the Industry's to innovation, I look forward to further expanding beyond my current knowledge in fashion and design by engaging in challenging courses
