Since her purchase of the company in 2013, current broker and owner Valerie Dailey has grown the company from its original 5 agents to a thriving company of 40+ REALTORS®, two locations, and an established team of support professionals. With offices in both Ocala and Gainesville, our services extend throughout Central Florida, including Marion, Alachua, Citrus, and Levy counties.

Our hand-curated team of real estate experts are routine award-winners with a passion for the local real estate landscape . In fact, more than 30 of our agents received awards based on their sales volume in 2021 alone–that’s more than half of our REALTORS®. Many of our agents have their own specialties, allowing us to effectively serve a variety of customer types. In fact, our agents handle anything from multi-million dollar training facilities to commercial investments, first time home buyers, vacant land parcels, and everything in between.

Our REALTORS® are constantly looking to improve themselves, and by doing so, improve their customer’s experiences and the offerings of our brokerage. Showcase Properties of Central Florida has professional support staff to keep our REALTORS® focused on what matters– their customers. These professionals are experts in their fields, allowing for quality assured service during every aspect of the real estate process.

Administration Team - The best kept secret of Showcase, the administration team handles the coordination of several facets of the real estate process. These responisibilities include transaction coordination, input management, quality assurance, office management, financials, compliance auditing, contract review, and much more.

Director of Real Estate - Showcase Properties currently employs our very own Director of Real Estate to keep agents up-to-date on the latest training, technologies, strategies, and coaching regarding all aspects of real estate. Personalized training is available at agent request, and all new agents are started off on the right track with new agent orientations and basic process training to get acclimated.

In-House Marketing - Comprised of several professionals with a variety of specialties, the Showcase Marketing team works on all avenues of real estate marketing including property promotion, brand recognition, sponsorship coordination, advertising, social media promotion, and everything in between. Customized marketing plans and collateral are available at agent request.

Management - Each year, agents are asked to sit for a one-on-one with upper level management to review their successes and set new goals for the coming year. Our management team is hands-on, always ready to provide assistance and support when needed.

Many of the services provided by our diverse support staff are done at no extra or a very limited charge to the REALTOR®, giving even more opportunity for agents to get their name recognized, and do even more with their budget.
