As your agent, I negotiate on your behalf and look for opportunities where we can ask for more — whether that’s price, terms or value-added details. Our agreement is a commitment to work together, but it’s not an obligation to buy.
There is a professional service fee for buyer agency, but that fee can often be written into the offer — ensuring transparency and flexibility as we move forward together.
