The expanded product offerings enable customers to benefit from Kristin’s 30 years of decorating and design experience. In fact, since opening their

doors as Val-U-Blinds, Kristin has built a reputation for helping countless families and businesses select products that are right for lighting, color, budget and design. “Kristin understands design and decorating,” Chris said. “She is the face of our company. She can go to a home or business and provide a free consultation and estimate in about an hour. Kristin carries our product samples and options with her. We aren’t about taking too much time or selling you something you don’t need.”

“I make the phone ring, but she’s really the one who makes the magic happen,” he said, stating that Kristin’s design savvy, combined with her genuine desire to turn homeowners’ and businesses’ vision to reality, is the key to Val-U-Blinds success.

While the stunning showroom and stylish product offerings are new, Chris emphasizes that the foundation of their business hasn’t changed. “Our goal is to provide confidence and peace of mind through exceptional customer service, product and price,” Chris states. The couple, working with their son, Austin, continue to offer guaranteed lowest price estimates and services.
