This project brief outlines the design of a 4-star hotel that combines the luxurious ambiance of well-known hotels like Marriott Hotel Select and Radisson Blu, while being more affordable. The hotel will feature a dual-purpose layout with both a traditional hotel wing and an apartment-style boutique hotel wing, catering to both short-stay guests and longer-term family or holiday travelers.

The building will consist of six floors, including:

- 160 luxury rooms across multiple categories to suit different needs, from standard Superior rooms to opulent Presidential suites.

- Event and leisure facilities such as a banquet hall (capacity: 400-500 people), two meeting rooms, and a nightclub on the first floor.

- Dining options with at least two restaurants serving both continental and intercontinental cuisine.

The Ministry of Solid Minerals Development (Headquarters Design)

This 30,000sqm project is an exciting opportunity to design a functional podium base paired with elegant, sustainable towers. The podium will include a basement for parking and essential services, an upper basement for additional parking and the main entrance, and podium-level amenities like a concierge, reception lobby, atrium, clinic, café, and access to the towers. The mezzanine will host a restaurant, staff dining, and an auditorium/meeting hall

The towers will feature open offices, meeting rooms, and core facilities such as elevators and mechanical rooms. The 10th floor of the tallest tower will house an executive floor with ministerial offices, boardrooms, and secretarial spaces. Sustainability elements include a helipad on the tallest tower and solar panels on others. This project perfectly blends functionality, luxury, and sustainability, offering a unique platform to showcase creative design solutions.

EAGLE SQUARE BUS TERMINAL

The proposed bus terminal is a multi-functional facility designed for efficient operations and user convenience. It will consist of two primary levels, each with distinct functions to support smooth transportation logistics and enhance user experience.

The design will focus on efficiency, accessibility, and passenger comfort, with clear zoning for operations, retail, and relaxation areas. Sustainability and scalability will also be considered to accommodate future growth.

The construction of the LRMT Blue Line Phase 1 between Marina and Mile 2 is expected to increase commuter movements in the area by 200%. To address this, proposed developments at Marina and Mile 2 include efficient and functional transport interchanges aimed at improving commuter experience and integrating various transportation modes for better connectivity.
