IN OUR Mission Statement Inspired by the Rebbe - Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, of blessed memory, Chabad welcomes everyone seeking the wisdom and warmth of Judaism, regardless of religious background, affiliation or financial means.

Chabad enriches Jewish identity and helps ensure Jewish continuity by providing educational, religious and community programs to strength Jewish pride, knowledge and commitment.

Chabad of Puerto Vallarta is dedicated to serve and reach out to all Jews in the Puerto Vallarta region and to extend physical and spiritual support to those in need.

As a young couple living in PV, with two kids and being part of the Mexican society, it was really hard to explain to our kids why our customs and traditions where not the same as their friends.

Every holiday we would travel to Guadalajara or to the USA to celebrate with our family, and show our kids they were not the only Jews in the world! But the sparkle was missing.

Since Rabbi Shneur & Mushkie have moved here, our kids feel part of the Jewish community. They now connect with Jewish friends and celebrate Jewish holidays.

Morah Mushkie gives them a deeper meaning to our religion & traditions. She encourages them to be better kids with values and to be proud Jews, in a society, that increasingly becomes more controversial and harder to understand.

Salomon & I really appreciate their hard work. They have done what everyone thought was impossible. They spread so much joy and happiness to our lives!

Now I can feel that my kids are living with that sparkle of Judaism that was missing in their lives!!

What a wonderful surprise to come to PV, and find there is Chabad. The Hechts are an amazing couple. It’s great to finally find Jewish life there. Being a snowbird from NY, it was wonderful to see hundreds of people attend a menorah lighting in the center of PV .

In such a short time they have established weekly services & Shabbat dinners, plus extraordinary holiday events .

How lucky we are that they have come to town.

The farmers market has created an exceptional opportunity to connect with hundreds of Jews, be it a quick question, deep conversation or the special taste of Challah.

In Puerto Vallarta Jewish Holidays come to life. We find unique and creative ways to celebrate, that engage modern day Jews, while keeping true to our roots.

Each event, prepares the children for the holiday that is approaching.

Chabad provides a year round kosher service for locals and visitors that includes ready to eat Kosher meals and groceries that can be delivered throughout Puerto Vallarta.

The Jewish Women's Circle brings together Jewish women of all ages and backgrounds to learn, laugh, experience and rejuvenate the mind, body and soul.
