Coordinating meetings and appointments. Greeting and assisting visitors and Guests. Maintenance of Attendance Register and keeping a track on outdoor duties of the Executive/Staff. Maintaining Courier Register. Maintaining the les, records and documents as required. Pro ciency in basic computer skills is required Thinking competencies : Analytical, Conceptual, Innovation Execution Excellence with result focus In uencing and convincing. Graduate or equivalent degree, minimum 6 months of experience in front of ce/Receptionist. Salary:INR 1,00,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
