Step 2 The value of the shipment and COD amount to be collected is highlighted on the backend

Step 3 The order is assigned to the driver with the amount of  COD that needs to be collected

Step 4 The driver delivers the order and collects the COD with a reminder from driver app

Step 5 The driver pay the COD to the delivery company cashier/accountant

Step 6 The cashier/accountant will reconsile and transfer the COD to the customer
