The main idea is “Silent Flow”. Blue elements such as the ocean make people feel relaxed. Moreover, the wave that the ocean makes is romantic and a miracle. The sound of the ocean is lyrical. Gold pops out the zone for luxury. Everything is just the lyrical silence. Grey creates the flow in the back. The lines flow everywhere. This is the gorgeous silence.

SITE ANALYSIS
1821 Marine Drive is where the base building is in West Vancouver, British Columbia. The site is in the heart of Ambleside Village, a thriving commercial district with a lot of foot traffic. Local restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and the West Vancouver Community Centre are all within walking distance of the Ambleside Village, making it a popular destination.
SITE ANALYSIS
Japanese culture emphasizes a strong connection with nature and finding harmony in simplicity. Consider incorporating natural materials like wood, and stone into the design. Use neutral color palettes inspired by natural landscapes, such as muted greens, browns, blues, and grays. Moreover, there are only four colors existed as the basic forms of color in the ancient Japanese language — or, at least, acknowledged: ⽩ shiro (white), 黒 kuro (black), ⾚ aka (red), and ⻘ ao (blue). I also want to add a small fish tank to keep Koi(Koi fish are colorful, ornamental versions of the common carp.) to make the interior space more alive and also to create a sense of tranquility. Moreover, the water in the fish tank can also create a reflection of water that shows on the wall in the space. Consider using paper lanterns or traditional Japanese pendant lights to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. These soft, diffused lighting options add a gentle glow and create a cozy ambiance. Combine them with warm, indirect lighting to set a tranquil mood. Using Ukiyo-e as wallpaper in the interior space can also represent the Manga culture and connect with Japanese traditional culture as well. In peace in a harmonious space, people will feel relaxed and be more open mind to learning about Japanese culture.
