Hirschfeld Residence was a renovation/addition with an emphasis on custom details. I arrived as the project manager during the construction administration of project. The shell of the house had been completed upon me enterring and I designed many of the custom details working rigorously with my contractor as well filing all the necessary drawings with the building department. Along with that I worked extensively with the decorator on producing millwork details such as the Second Floor Landing Bench as well as coordinating light fixtures with contract documents. The project required many approvals for filing but the most major one was for the tennis court which we needed to present to the Architecture Review Committe since it was a contemporary modern design and not a standard chain link fence. It was embraced by the committee and approved.
