For this discussion, you will create a Google document, form, spreadsheet, presentation, or drawing that is aligned with a learning goal, and you will share it with your classmates. Make sure to post the link to your creation (so your classmates to edit and/or comment on your work) and an explanation of how the creation will be used in a learning environment and how it aligns to a learning goal. Include your own vision for using Google docs to enhance learning and student engagement. If necessary, read the guide, “Get Started with Google Docs: Create and Save a Document,” before creating your shared document. For a sample, view “Evaluation of Social Studies Class,” created to evaluate a social studies class. It is attached to a spreadsheet summarizing the information gathered. Students can enter information on the form and teachers can view the summary on the spreadsheet. Guided Response: Access and review all of your classmates’ creations. Comment on or edit at least two of them as invited to do so. Make suggestions for additional applications of their creations or items they could include to improve engagement and collaboration. Finally, respond to at least two of your classmates’ posts by analyzing their visions for the use of Google docs, comparing it to your own. Ask questions and offer suggestions to extend their thinking and expand the possible uses.
