For our Buyers we want to look past the beautiful ambience that the sellers and their representatives to find out what the real new life would be like in your next home! Of course we want our Buyers to fall in love with their next home, but we also want them to get a clear capture of the home through proper inspections and follow up specific inspections and quotes, if needed.

I am also what is called Resimercial, meaning I do Residential and Commercial. Keeping up with the education for both my CPA and my Real Estate License I make sure to focus on areas that are of utmost importance to the broad range of services that I provide, such as 1031 Exchanges, FIRPTA, Vacation/Second Homes, and various tax issues that affect Real Estate I have experience working with other agents to coordinate 1031 Exchanges so what ever you need I have you covered.

Making It Happen
Your Real Estate Agent should look at on and off market as wells as brokerage listings to find your dream home! This last summer I found my clients a $4.2m home that was from an Expired listing! They were so grateful for my looking at different sources and so was the Seller!

Starting her Career as a CPA back in 1991 and Building a CPA Practice in 1995 Negotiation was second nature to her having defended clients against the IRS and working with Tax Attorneys on sophisticated cases and winning! In 2014 the decision to transition careers was made to Real Estate never looking back and enjoying the new career! All while still keeping up with the education requirements of both CPA and Realtor.
