Different Views There are three different view options for you to choose from: compact, standard, and tile view. Once a view is created, you can select different view options to make filtering through libraries easier.

Track and Share Documents Changes made to a document can be tracked by users to monitor who is modifying what. Users can also share documents to SharePoint to improve team collaboration. If you are looking to ensure privacy, documents can also be sent to others as a link through email.
