Requests for teams, players, practice days, and coaches are not guaranteed. A $10 nonrefundable fee will be charged per player for registration taken after the registration deadline. Late registration will be accepted on a space-available basis and are not guaranteed placement on teams or accommodation of special requests. Jerseys will not be guaranteed for the first game for any accepted late registrations.

Youth Fall Soccer League Grades K-8
Youth Floor Hockey League Grades 1-3
Sign up now for fall soccer action! This volunteer-coached program introduces the fundamentals of playing soccer through weekly practices and an eight game schedule that emphasizes proper technique, knowledge of rules, participation, sportsmanship, and fun. Players are assigned to teams based on their grade entering the 2021/2022 school year. Players will be contacted by their coach after they have been assigned to a team. Teams can begin to practice on August 25th. Rosters are final once released to the Volunteer Coach. Jerseys and socks are included in the registration fee. All volunteer coaches and assistant coaches must attend a mandatory coaches meeting at the Recreation Center on August 18th at 6:00P. Floor Hockey games will consist of three, twelve-minute periods in a 4v4 format (including goalie). Requests for teams, players, coaches, are not guaranteed. At this age level volunteer coaches will help officiate games. No records or scores are kept, and equal participation is a must. Teams will have the option to practice up to once a week if they desire. A park district team t-shirt is included in the registration fee. Each player will be required to bring and wear his or her own shin guards and provide their own googles. Park District hockey sticks will be provided and used by all players.
