MEET THE LIVINGLEARNING COMMUNITY STAFF A Learning Community Assistants (LCAs) role is to build relationships with LLC residents through formal and informal interactions to promote a supportive and friendly environment in each LLC. They connect their residents to each other and plan events around the community's focus in addition to regular contact with faculty and staff associated with their respective LLC.
