An Update on Jefferson State Community College
August ‘25 Chamber Events
President of Jefferson State Community College Keith Brown will be the featured speaker for the Chamber’s August “Community Luncheon,” which is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 27. President Brown will provide an update on the college’s continued growth and how businesses can beneft from its’ course offerings.
The cost for Chamber investors is $25 per person, and for “future” investors, it
is $35 each. To assist with proper planning, reservations are requested by noon on Friday, Aug. 22.
There is also an opportunity for up to 10 Chamber investors to have a “Showcase Feature Table” at this luncheon for $60, which includes the table and two registrations. Contact the Chamber at info@shelbychamber.org or call 205-6634542 to reserve your “Showcase Feature Table” or your luncheon place.

Third Quarter Chelsea Business Alliance Luncheon
The second quarterly meeting of the Chelsea Business Alliance—an affiliate of The Shelby County Chamber—is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 6 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Chelsea Community Center.
The investment for the event, which includes lunch, is $20 per person. To help us prepare properly with the caterer, please be sure to make reservations by noon on Monday, Aug. 4 to Kirk Mancer at kirk@shelbychamber.org.
